The first screen should answer three questions

  • What do you provide?
  • For which company or problem?
  • What is the realistic next step?

An abstract slogan transfers interpretation work to the visitor. Use the H1 for the literal offer or category and supporting copy for outcome, audience and limits. The call to action should describe the action: discussion, assessment or proposal request.

One page for each commercial intent

Different services have different questions, risks and evidence. One page containing every capability cannot serve the user or search intent well.

Separate website creation from web design, web applications and portals. Connect them through a hub while keeping one primary objective per URL. Our B2B web design service describes the redesign process.

Trust comes from verifiable information

EvidenceWhat it should show
ProcessHow decisions are made and what the client receives
Case studyProblem, workflow, decisions and actual capabilities
ProductA public outcome that can be inspected
GuideHow the team approaches cost, risk and operations
ContactIdentity, email, phone and realistic expectations

Avoid unsourced metrics, unauthorized logos and generic portfolio images. For a small company, clarity and direct access to technical ownership can be more convincing than presenting as a large agency.

Conversion begins before the form

A visitor should know which context is useful: the problem, systems involved, desired outcome and target date. The form can use a topic, short fields and clear email and phone alternatives.

Do not turn every section into a CTA. One primary action repeated at logical points is enough. Measure clicks and submissions only after the analytics approach is approved and configured appropriately.

What to monitor after launch

  • queries and pages receiving non-brand impressions;
  • title and description click-through rate;
  • pages visited before contact;
  • qualified and unqualified enquiries;
  • questions repeated in business conversations;
  • Core Web Vitals, errors and mobile abandonment.

Improve pages with impressions and positions 8-30 before publishing at scale. Real data shows which message needs clarification.

Content that reduces perceived risk

A B2B buyer does not need only a service list. They need to know whether the supplier understands the problem, can work with existing systems and will own the period after launch. Service pages should identify the intended context, project scope, delivery method and information needed for a useful commercial conversation.

Evidence can remain proportional to a small company: approved product screenshots, an anonymous case study with verifiable outcomes, a concrete working process, technologies explained through their purpose and answers to procurement questions. Avoid unapproved logos, unverifiable figures and an artificially enlarged team. Precision creates more confidence than a large volume of claims.

For each page, check whether its central claim has nearby evidence or an adequate explanation. If no outcome can yet be published, describe the method and limitations instead of simulating authority.

A redesign also defines technical ownership

Before contracting, establish who owns the domain, accounts, source code, copy and images. Request repository access, build and deployment instructions, an inventory of external services and a restoration path. The website should not depend on a supplier's personal account.

Handover should cover redirects from previous URLs, the sitemap, error measurement, content updates and a stabilization period. For a bilingual website, assign responsibility for keeping equivalent pages aligned and updating canonical, hreflang and internal links when a new page is introduced.

Does the current website explain clearly why a client should contact you?

We can audit structure, message, evidence, responsive behavior and SEO continuity and define a proportional redesign.
